Rush
Elliott is a graduate of Ohio University of Athens, Ohio with a Bachelors
of Business Administration. Rush Elliott then attended Ohio Northern
University College of Law where he was awarded a Juris Doctorate and
was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1968.
Rush Elliott was employed by the Ohio Attorney General as an Assistant
Ohio Attorney General, and was assigned to the Workers' Compensation
Section where he tried cases all over the state of Ohio. He has practiced
law as a private practitioner since 1970.
Attorney Elliott is a member of the Ohio Bar Association, Ohio Academy
of Trial Lawyers and is a member of the Workers' Compensation Section.
He was also a trustee of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the
original chairman of the Social Security Law Section. He has frequently
lectured on Workers' Compensation and Social Security issues at legal
seminars and to numerous groups and associations.
